SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and devices for information transmitting. The proposed method is applicable to a UAV and includes: in response to the UAV having information about the flight route, generating assigned event information indicating that the UAV has information about the flight route, adding the assigned event information to the first message, and transmitting the first message to the base station so that the base station determines that the UAV has flight path information in accordance with the assigned event information contained in the first message.
EFFECT: invention increases the likelihood of successful acquisition of flight route information by the base station; and improves the mobility of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) based on flight route information.
