FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics, perinatology, and clinical laboratory diagnostics, and can be used to predict the risk of severe cerebral ischemia in premature birth initiated by premature rupture of membranes. The term of delivery, the duration of the period without amniotic fluid and the concentration of neuron-specific enolase in the amniotic fluid are determined, included in the proportional risk model using the Cox regression method.
EFFECT: provides a possibility of predicting the severity of cerebral disorders in premature fetuses in the event of premature rupture of membranes to optimise management of their mothers.
