SUBSTANCE: acoustic binding component for positioning between an arrangement of ultrasonic transducers and material to be processed or visualized contains: an actuator based on electroactive material containing a layered resonant structure based on electroactive material from a layer of electroactive material with configurable thickness and an additional layer of material with different acoustic impedance, wherein the actuator based on electroactive material is made with the possibility to receive an ultrasonic signal having a certain frequency, from the arrangement of ultrasonic transducers and transmit this ultrasonic signal to material to be processed or visualized; and a controller made with the possibility to electrically control the actuator based on electroactive material having configurable thickness, to implement the tuning of a resonant frequency by changing a resonant frequency shift to be implemented in this way. An ultrasonic device for processing or visualizing material contains: an arrangement of transducers; an acoustic binding component made with the possibility of being located between the arrangement of transducers and material to be processed or visualized.

EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will allow optimizing acoustic communication for different operating frequencies.
