FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic device comprises a converting unit and an acoustically transmissive window above said assembly, wherein said opening comprises an elastomer layer containing conductive particles dispersed in the elastomer, wherein the elastomer layer has a conductivity which is sensitive to pressure. For converting the converting unit to the transmissive window, an actuator based on the electroactive material is provided. Actuating element based on the electroactive material is controlled depending on the measured electric conductivity which is sensitive to pressure. Thus, feedback system is provided for contact pressure control.
EFFECT: use of the invention can be realized with low costs and low power consumption.
