FIELD: quantum physics.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to low-dimensional materials, in particular to low-dimensional materials that support quantum self-thermalization and quantum self-localization, as well as a quantum phase transition between the mentioned quantum phases by means of a controlled variation of quantum entanglement of carbon-like artificial nuclei in quadrivalent artificial atoms that self-assemble. In a new thermodynamic cycle, a quantum phase transition between quantum thermalization and quantum localization is used. Preferred devices include a phono-electric element, a rectifier and a conductor intended for use in an integrated circuit.
EFFECT: aim of the invention is expanding the arsenal of phono-electric columns.
