The yeast strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae has the genotype MATα ade2-248 leu2-3,112 ura3-160.188 rad2Δ hsm3Δ. The strain has stability, the inability of rad2Δ hsm3Δ mutations to reverse to the wild type. The strain has a high sensitivity to environmental genotoxicants.

EFFECT: invention can be used in environmental monitoring and sanitary-toxicological control of waters and soils.
