FIELD: organic synthesis.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to methods for obtaining catalytic compositions for the polymerization of olefins. A method for obtaining a catalyst is described, including: a) drying the substrate material based on silicon dioxide at a temperature of 180°C to obtain a dried substrate; b) bringing the dried substrate into contact with methanol taken in an amount sufficient to obtain a suspension, and then bringing this suspension into contact with a solution containing methanol and basic chromium acetate to obtain a chrome-plated suspended substrate; (c) bringing the chrome-plated suspended substrate into contact with titanium n-propoxide to obtain a chrome-plated titanium suspended substrate; (d) heat treatment of the chrome-plated titanium suspended substrate by raising the temperature to 100°C for 16 hours; (e) cooling the resulting pre-catalyst; and (f) adding water to the suspension of the chrome-plated titanium suspended substrate in methanol; (g) heating the mixture at 100°C; and (h) calcining the pre-catalyst in dry air, supplied at a speed of 1.2-1.6 standard cubic feet per hour, when the temperature rises at a rate of 4°C/min to 650°C and is kept at this temperature for 3 hours to obtain a polymerization catalyst.
EFFECT: creation of a new method for obtaining a catalytically active catalyst for the polymerization of olefins.
