FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of plasma collection, in particular, to a high-precision system for controlling the flow rate of a peristaltic pump. The controlling system comprises an engine, a peristaltic pump, a rotation speed feedback unit, a flow rate feedback unit, and a controller. The engine is connected with the peristaltic pump, and the latter is connected with the rotation speed feedback unit and the flow rate feedback unit. The rotation speed feedback unit and the flow rate feedback unit are connected with the controller connected with the engine. The flow rate feedback unit comprises a flow rate measurement tool and a detection module and is attached on the outside on an anticoagulant tube and a blood tube. The peristaltic pump comprises an anticoagulant pump and a blood pump. The anticoagulant and blood pumps are located in the anticoagulant and blood tubes, respectively. The flow rate measurement tool constitutes a flow sensor, the self-calibration module is located in the flow sensor, and the flow sensor constitutes a small diameter ultrasonic flow sensor with a range of the internal diameter of 3 to 5 mm and an external diameter of 6 to 7 mm.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring accurate control of the amount of use of an anticoagulant and the quality of plasmapheresis and reducing the impact on the health of the plasma donor.
