SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine. Proposed is a method for predicting morphological changes in the tissues of the internal organs of a laboratory animal from the toxic effects of micro- and nanoscale particles of magnesium, aluminium, silicon, manganese and nickel oxides, including identification of morphological changes in the tissues with chronic effects of oxides, the degree of tissue damage DDtotal is calculated for each oxide, the correlation between DDtotal of the oxide, the size of particles thereof, the molar mass and the atomic number of the chemical element used to form the oxide according to the D.I. Mendeleev's table, are determined by factor analysis; a general diagram of the dependence of the size of particles of the oxide on the characteristic thereof leading to the most significant morphological changes in the tissues is constructed for all samples, indicating the internal organs with morphological changes on the diagram.

EFFECT: invention ensures construction of a prognostic diagram for evaluating the morphological changes in the tissues of internal organs depending on the main parameters of oxide particles.
