FIELD: surgical instruments.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical instruments and can be used to keep the wound open and aspiration. The retractor contains two vertical rods, which are located at a distance from each other, equipped with their own attachments to the operating table and rigidly interconnected by two plates with crossbars. A height adjustment screw is fixed between the rods and parallel to their axis in the plates of the crossbeams, which moves the sliding lifting platform located between the plates. A plate is attached to the side overhang of the lifting platform. A guide tube with a fixing screw is located on the plate. The guide tube has a length of more than 5 diameters of its opening. A horizontal rod with a flattened along its entire length and a welded sleeve with a gear rim on the end is inserted into the hole with a gap. The welded sleeve is screwed to the second sleeve with a toothed rim welded to the end face of the retractor axis. A retractor blade with a retractable part and a fixed tube for aspiration is perpendicularly welded to the other end of the retractor axis.

EFFECT: increasing the rigidity of the retractor structure and reducing elastic deformations when a load is applied to the spade-shaped blade of the retractor, as well as ensuring the accuracy of vertical movements of the retractor due to the use of two vertical rods and a height adjustment screw, improving the convenience of its use due to the extension and step fixation of the spade-shaped retractor blade and ensuring its rotation around its axis with rigid fixation of the angle of rotation, reducing the possibility of medical errors and reducing the risk of infection for doctors by removing combustion products and aspiration of the wound area, and, as a result, the possibility application of this design to work with various robotic manipulators during surgical operations.
