FIELD: carrying elements.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device and to a method for manufacturing a carrying element equipped with a set of fiber bundles. At least one fibrous bundle is extracted from a loader by means of a node for supplying fiber bundles and supplied to a supply channel mated with it. Each supply channel is mated with a suction channel that, in an initial position I, is connected via fluid to the supply channel mated with it. Thanks to a suction node, in the suction channel, an air flow L is created from the supply channel, and an end section of at least one fibrous bundle, supported by a suction force, is supplied to the suction channel. Thanks to shifting at least one suction channel to a working position (II), at least part of the end section of at least one fibrous bundle freely lies in a device working area. A needle holder node with at least one needle can capture at least one end section in the working area, and, when moving through the carrying element at least one needle, extend or push it through the carrying element.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for an increase in the efficiency of the manufacture of the carrying element equipped with the set of fiber bundles.
