SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to chronomedicine, somnology, endocrinology, dietology, therapy, and can be used for integrative sleep assessment in actigraphy. Patient undergoes actigraphy for at least 7 days. Further, sleep is assessed by two sections: "Assessment of sleep and sleep-wake rhythm" and "Evaluation of light conditions" separately and integratively by means of scoring. Following indicators are taken into account: sleep duration, sleep efficiency, wakefulness time after the onset of sleep, phase of the middle of sleep, variability of motor activity rhythm, stability of motor activity rhythm, sleep latency, relative non-parametric amplitude of motor activity, normalized amplitude of activity, deficit of daylight, excess of night light, relative non-parametric amplitude, normalized amplitude of light, sleep-light phase.

EFFECT: method enables to perform an integrative assessment of sleep in actigraphy.
