SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental medicine. The animals are subjected to general uniform irradiation at a dose that causes the development of acute radiation sickness of moderate severity. Then, blood loss from the ear artery is performed in the amount of 20% of the circulating blood volume. Through a puncture of the anterior abdominal wall with a Veress needle, the obtained blood is poured into the abdominal cavity, then the volume of circulating blood is replenished with saline solutions, while the observation period for the animals is 30 days.

EFFECT: method provides an opportunity to assess the syndrome of mutual burden of combined radiation injuries and the effectiveness of surgical treatment using the tactics of non-surgical treatment.
