FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pharmaceuticals, namely to a vaccine against escherichiosis of calves and piglets. The vaccine includes in certain proportions: a cell-free culture medium containing inactivated thermolabile, thermostable and shiga-like Escherichia coli toxins obtained by mixing in equal proportions epizootic strains of Escherichia coli with genes of thermolabile, thermostable and shiga-like toxins inactivated with formalin to its final concentration of 0.4%, and also as adjuvants, a pyrogenal solution containing 100 mcg/ml of the active substance and 3% aqueous solution of polyacrylic acid.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the effectiveness of specific prevention of escherichiosis in calves and piglets, an increase in the immunogenicity, harmlessness and safety of the vaccine.
