METHOD OF DIAGNOSING FATIGUE SYNDROME AFTER VIRAL ILLNESS IN CHILDREN 4-7 YEARS OLD UNDER CONDITIONS OF ALUMINUM CONTAMINATION Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC G01N33/58 G01N33/543 G01N30/72 C12Q1/6806 C12Q1/6827 C12Q1/686 C12Q1/6876 C12Q1/6883

Abstract RU 2811523 C1

FIELD: medicine; preventive medicine; human ecology; pediatrics.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to diagnose fatigue syndrome after a viral illness in children of 4–7 years old in conditions of aluminum contamination. When the aluminum content in a child’s urine is 3 or more times higher than the norm, equal to 0.01 mg/dm3, when the level of serotonin in the blood is more than 200.0 ng/cm3, as well as in the presence of the GG genotype of the HTR2A gene, rs7997012 the presence of fatigue syndrome after a viral illness in children 4–7 years old in conditions of aluminum contamination is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method provides increased information content and evidence for diagnosing fatigue syndrome after a viral illness in children 4–7 years old in conditions of aluminum contamination due to the simultaneous determination of toxicological, laboratory and genetic indicators.
