FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, namely to the repair, reconstruction and construction of a railway track, and can be used to strengthen the main platform of the railway roadbed. The method consists in cutting out a ballast layer under the assembled rails and sleepers and dismantling them, profiling the remaining part of the ballast materials, subsequent strengthening of the soil using cold recycling technology, which consists in milling the soil with simultaneous processing of its reinforcing composition, laying the resulting mixture, compacting the loosened regenerated layer (between the wheels of the recycler), profiling and re-compacting the reinforced layer in two modes: without vibration, 3-6 passes on one track at a speed of 2-3 km/h, and then 2-3 passes along one track in the vibration mode at a speed of 4-8 km/h, laying assembled rails and sleepers, followed by a complex of ballasting and straightening works.
EFFECT: quality of the created protective layer is improved by ensuring its uniformity and maximum compaction.
