METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ESCALATOR CASCADE COMPLEX FOR THE ENTRANCE TO THE METRO STATION, CONSTRUCTED USING CUT-AND-COVER METHOD Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC E21D9/00 E21D11/10 E02D29/45

Abstract RU 2766876 C1

FIELD: transport infrastructure.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of subway construction, in particular to the construction of escalator complexes for the entrance to metro stations. The construction of the escalator cascade complex begins with the construction of a pit, the first layer of the lining of the escalator complex is concreted along the contour of the pit using the "wall in the ground" method, the soil is being developed and the second layer of the lining is concreted under its protection, a waterproofing layer is performed between the first layer of the lining and the second one, then fittings are installed, the formwork is mounted and the concrete of the second layer of the lining of the escalator complex is laid. Monolithic reinforced concrete structures of the tiers of the escalator cascade are concreted simultaneously with the walls of the second layer of the lining and perform the function of spacer plates in the structure of the escalator complex for permanent operation, concreting of the second layer of the lining is carried out, as a rule, from the bottom up, then escalator and elevator structures are mounted, these works are also performed from the bottom up.

EFFECT: exception in the construction of special trenchless methods of work using tunneling shields, an increase in the speed and maintainability of construction, a reduction in the daytime surface subsidence, an increase in the safety of construction and reliability of operation of the escalator complex.
