FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction of tunnels, in particular to construction of subway escalator tunnels, which are erected by a tunnelling with a closed monolithic reinforced concrete lining of a circular outline. Construction of temporary support is carried out after tunnelling from top to bottom along the escalator tunnel, the temporary support is provided from metal arches with draft concrete, in the transverse direction the temporary support is erected from the arch to the chute part of the tunnel section. After construction of the temporary support under its protection, concreting of the permanent lining of the escalator tunnel is performed, from the bottom upwards along the escalator tunnel, before laying the concrete of the permanent lining of the tunnel. Preparation of surface of rough concrete of temporary lining is performed for application of waterproofing layer; after application of waterproofing layer reinforcement is installed and concrete of permanent lining of tunnel is laid. Work on the construction of the permanent lining in the longitudinal section is carried out from the bottom up along the escalator tunnel, and in the cross section of the tunnel they are carried out from the chute part to the arch of the tunnel, in the lower part of the tunnel simultaneously with the construction of the permanent lining, monolithic reinforced concrete supports are concreted, on which after construction of escalator tunnel lining monolithic reinforced concrete slabs are concreted for installation of stair blocks in process passages and structures of escalators. At the same time erection works on construction of stair blocks and structures of escalators are carried out from bottom to top along the escalator tunnel after completion of construction works.
EFFECT: increase of speed and manufacturability of construction, provision of necessary rational contour of lining, as well as increase of safety of construction and reliability of operation of escalator tunnel.
