SUBSTANCE: method for the production of recombinant chymosin is proposed, which provides for the joint transformation of recombinant plasmid GS115/pPICZα-Chym and recombinant plasmid GS115/pPIC9-HAC1 into a strain of P. pastoris, cultivation of the resulting strain, and determination of the presence of recombinant chymosin in a culture medium. In this case, recombinant plasmid GS115/pPICZα-Chym provides biosynthesis and secretion of chymosin with the sequence SEQ ID NO: 1, has a size of 4648 bp and is shown in the picture 1. Recombinant plasmid GS115/pPIC9-HAC1 provides biosynthesis of HAC1 factor with the sequence SEQ ID NO: 2, which allows increasing the level of chymosin expression, has a size of 9088 bp and is shown in the picture 2.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the level of chymosin production.
