SUBSTANCE: A control determination point (CP0-CP7) is set on the first route (R1) along which the vehicle in question (A) is moving. The control determination point (CP0-CP7) determines whether to drive or stop the considered vehicle (A) using information about the driving situation. It is determined whether to move or stop the subject vehicle (A) at the control determination point (CP0-CP7) before the subject vehicle (A) reaches the control determination point (CP0-CP7). It is determined, based on information about the traffic situation, whether the considered vehicle (A) enters the road on which another vehicle (B) or a pedestrian is moving or walking with priority over the considered vehicle (A) when moving along the first route (R1), on which the vehicle in question is moving (A). In the case where it is determined that the subject vehicle (A) is entering a road on which another vehicle (B) or a pedestrian is moving or walking with priority over the subject vehicle (A), control determination points (CP0-CP7) are set to more than denser than in other cases. Also proposed is a device for determining the action of the vehicle.
