SUBSTANCE: position of the main vehicle (1) is determined. The position of another vehicle (4a) on the second opposite lane (3) is determined. A crossing passage (5) is detected. It is determined whether the other vehicle (4a) is within a predetermined range (R1) from the intersection of the crossing lane (5) and the second traffic lane (3). In this case, the other vehicle (4a) is either in a stop state or in a deceleration state. When the above conditions are met, it is predicted that there is a possibility that the mobile subject (8a) will advance and enter the first lane (2) from the crossing road (5). A device for predicting behavior for a mobile subject, a vehicle, is also proposed.

EFFECT: accuracy of predicting the probability that another mobile subject will enter the lane along which the main vehicle is moving is achieved.
