SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to new electrochemical probes for measuring analyte selected from a group consisting of: free chlorine, chlorine dioxide, total chlorine and peracetic acid. The specified probe includes at least a nano- or micro-structured printed electrode with nano- or micro-material selected from a group consisting of nano- or microparticles of carbon black and/or nano- or microparticles of metal selected from a group consisting of gold, silver, platinum, copper and their combinations or alloys.

EFFECT: creation of a monitoring system for free chlorine, total chlorine, chlorine dioxide and peracetic acid, which is integrated into a miniature system, is inexpensive, suitable for on-site use, is easy to use even by an unskilled person, during production processes does not require the use of strong acids and/or highly oxidizing agents that form highly polluting products.
