FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to new gold nanoconjugates with therapeutic agents, and can be used in medicine. The invention makes it possible to obtain a conjugate of a gold nanoparticle with doxorubicin and bombesin, in which stabilized dithiolated diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTDTPA) is bound to the surface of the gold nanoparticle, doxorubicin molecules are attached to the terminal amino groups of DTDTPA, and bombesin molecules are attached to the surface of the gold nanoparticle through the terminal thioctic acid.
EFFECT: invention discloses the possibility of using such a nanoconjugate as part of a pharmaceutical composition for targeted delivery of a therapeutic agent to tumor cells.
