The automated device for measuring the magnetic characteristics of ferromagnetic films contains a control computer, an information storage device, a sample registration unit, a controller for displacement and rotation systems, a microwave signal generator, a digital oscilloscope, a DC source, a low-frequency current generator, a data and control bus, a sensing element, a common base with the first and second pairs of Fanselau coils placed on it, a measuring table with a sample placed on it, a system for moving the sensing element, a system for rotating the measuring table.

EFFECT: automated measurement of the magnetic characteristics of ferromagnetic films with continuous recording of the anisotropy field value over the sample area and the formation of contour maps of the distribution of the anisotropy field value over the sample area of the ferromagnetic film.
