FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device and a method for biological or chemical analysis. The device contains: an electrical circuit and at least one sensor on a crystal attached to the electrical circuit, wherein the electrical circuit contains an electrical interconnect for an external electrical connection, and a multilayered collector attached to the electrical circuit for supplying a liquid reagent over the active surface of at least one sensor. In this case, the multilayered collector contains at least one liquid channel and at least one cutout for the crystal, wherein the interface between the crystal and at least one liquid channel is sealed. The method includes following stages: a multilayered collector is assembled, while the multilayered collector contains at least one liquid channel and at least one cutout for the crystal, at least one sensor on the crystal is attached to the electrical circuit, while the electrical circuit contains an electrical interconnect, a leveling layer is attached to the electrical circuit, while the leveling layer contains a cutout for the crystal. Then, sealing adhesive is placed on sides of the crystal, and the multilayered collector is attached to the electrical circuit, and the interface between the crystal and at least one liquid channel is sealed. Moreover, the multilayered collector and the attached electrical circuit together form an assembly unit.
EFFECT: development of a device and a method that provide a more efficient design of a liquid path.
