FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular to soft drinks. A soft carbonated drink is proposed, which is made based on an aqueous herbal infusion with addition of erythrite and stevia sweetener, ascorbic acid, flavoring agents, and prepared sparkling water, wherein to obtain the aqueous herbal infusion dry raw materials are taken: inflorescences of hemp - 40 g, cypress leaf - 15 g, currant leaf - 10 g, aboveground part of tarragon - 10 g, aboveground part of thyme - 10 g, raspberry leaf - 5 g, aboveground part of oregano - 5 g, aboveground part of wormwood - 5 g, loaded to a container with hot water of 80-85°C with a hydraulic module of 1:400, infused for 72 h with periodic mixing, after which the resulting infusion is filtered, while the following ratio of components per 100 dal is used: herbal infusion – 563.3-563.7 l; erythrite + stevia sweetener – 32 kg; raspberry flavoring agent – 0.40 l; currant flavoring agent – 0.30 l; tarragon flavoring agent – 0.70 l; ascorbic acid – 0.10 kg; water – 400 l; carbon dioxide – 4.00 kg.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at enrichment of a drink with physiologically significant components, impart to the drink of new original taste sensations and aroma, as well as expansion of a range of soft carbonated drinks.
