SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to endoscopic rhinosurgery. An incision is made in the anterior sections of the nasal cavity from the upper edge of the quadrangular cartilage to the bottom of the nasal cavity. Produce exfoliation of the mucous membrane with the perichondrium from the quadrangular cartilage. The incision is made with a semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 970 nm in contact mode at a power of 4-6 W. In this case, the laser fiber is passed through the metal tip of the aspirator.
EFFECT: method allows to provide intraoperative hemostasis and visualization of all parts of the nasal cavity during endoscopic submucosal resection of the nasal septum, improve the quality of exfoliation of the mucous membrane with the perichondrium from the quadrangular cartilage.
