FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: electrically heated aerosol generating system contains an aerosol generating device and a cartridge made with the possibility of being used with the device. In this case, the device contains: a device case made with the possibility of coupling with at least part of the cartridge; an induction coil located around a cavity or adjacent to it; and a power source connected to the induction coil and made with the possibility of supply of high-frequency oscillating current to the induction coil. At the same time, the cartridge contains: a cartridge case made with the possibility of coupling with the device case and containing aerosol forming substrate. In this case, the case has an outer surface surrounding aerosol forming substrate, wherein at least part of the outer surface is formed by a fluid-permeable current collector element.
EFFECT: obtaining an aerosol generating system.
