FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry and public catering. A method for producing a culinary product is proposed, which provides for washing, boiling, peeling sweet potatoes and grinding in a meat mincer, adding wheat flour, yacon flour, melted butter, quail eggs and chia seeds, mixing the components, dividing into balls of 15-30 g, sprinkling with prepared sesame seeds, laying on a greased frying pan and baking in the oven for 23 minutes at a temperature of 180°C, the following ratio of the initial components is used: boiled sweet potato 140 g; wheat flour 50 g; yacon flour 25 g; butter 20 g; quail egg 3 pcs.; chia seeds 10 g; sesame seeds 10 g.
EFFECT: invention provides an expansion of the range of culinary products of preventive nutrition containing functional ingredients.
