FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to polypeptide for genetic editing of cell genome, containing an option of homing endonuclease (HE) I-OnuI, as well as to polynucleotide, iRNA and cDNA encoding it. A vector and a cell containing the above-mentioned polypeptide or polynucleotide are also disclosed. The invention also relates to a composition containing the above-mentioned cell, as well as to a method for editing human CBLB gene in a cell, providing the use of the above-mentioned polypeptide.
EFFECT: invention is effective for the treatment of cancer, including hematological malignant tumor.
