FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental studies in oncology. C57BL/6-PlautmI.IBug-ThisPlau6FDhu/GFDhu mice, which are knocked out by the urokinase-uPA gene, are reproduced with chronic neurogenic pain by sciatic ligation of both sides. 2 weeks later, suspension of tumor cells of mouse melanoma B16/F10 in physiological saline is introduced subcutaneously under the blade.
EFFECT: method enables eliminating genetically determined inhibition of B16/F10 melanoma and enables studying the tumor pathogenesis.
