FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound represented by the formula I or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, which can be used for the treatment of diseases characterized by a pathological path of tryptophan metabolism, mediated by indolamine-2,3-dioxygenase. In the formula I, R1 is selected from a group consisting of H, C1-6alkyl, and C1-6alkyl-C(O)-; n is equal to an integer selected from 0-6. The invention also relates to specific compounds, methods for synthesis of compounds represented by formulas II and II', a pharmaceutical composition for inhibition of indolamine-2,3-dioxygenase, containing the proposed compounds, and a method for treatment of a disease characterized by a pathological path of tryptophan metabolism, mediated by indolamine-2,3-dioxygenase.
EFFECT: obtaining compounds for the treatment of diseases.
