SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering and can be used for the manufacture of packages of steam turbine blades. A method for manufacturing a blade stack consisting of at least two steam turbine blades includes cutting off a blank of a blade stack and processing it from all sides. Technological bases are processed by milling the ends of the blank of the blade package from both sides, drilling center holes and milling the technological bases on a CNC machine. The blank of the blade pack is processed on a five-axis CNC machine by milling the inner and outer profiles, the shank, the shroud and the channel between the blades in the given sequence. Then the technological elements are cut off and the end face of the shank is milled on a CNC machine.

EFFECT: time for manufacturing blade packages is reduced, their quality is increased, and it is possible to manufacture more complex blade profiles without the use of welding operations.
