SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and device for controlling the movement of the vehicle involved. The traffic control method for a vehicle comprises the step of determining whether the driven vehicle is changing lanes to another lane by manual override, when determining that the driven vehicle is changing lanes by manual override, generating a first traffic area in current lane. The first driving area is the area in which the involved vehicle can move. Also, a second carriageway is generated along the other traffic lane located in the direction in which the manual correction of the involved vehicle is performed, and a third carriageway is generated by connecting the first carriageway and the second carriageway. The driving trajectory of the actuated vehicle is generated within the third carriageway based on the path reflecting the steering control during the override state in the first carriageway and when the actuated vehicle performs a lane change by manual override.
EFFECT: increased safety when changing lanes.
