SUBSTANCE: using a network element of a session management function, the first request message is received from a terminal device. In this case, the first request message is used to obtain information about configuration of a servicing network element. Information about configuration of the servicing network element contains address information of the servicing network element of configuration. The terminal device is a subscriber gateway. Using the network element of the session management function, the second request message is transmitted to a network element of data control. In this case, the second request message is a message containing an identifier of a data network to be accessed by means of the terminal device. Using the network element of the session management function, the second response message is received from the network element of data control. In this case, the second response message contains information about configuration of the servicing network element. Using the network element of the session management function, the first response message is transmitted to the terminal device. In this case, the first response message contains information about configuration of the servicing network element.

EFFECT: provision of a possibility of automatic configuration of a subscriber gateway, using an existing 5G network configuration.
