FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, urology and transplantation. The device is characterized by the presence of three packages isolated from each other. The middle package has two holes through which it communicates with the external environment to accommodate the vascular pedicle of the renal graft and the ureter. Two outer packages that do not have communication with the environment, for falling asleep ice chips, all three packages from above are simultaneously tightened with a purse-string suture. After completion of the surgical access to the donor's kidney, a kidney graft is placed in the middle package of the device, the vascular pedicle and the ureter are placed in the holes intended for them, and the outer packages are filled with ice chips, the purse-string suture is tightened. The graft located inside the device is placed in the wound, vascular anastomoses are successively formed. Then the purse-string suture is opened, the bags are cut from top to bottom to the hole for the renal vessels and ureter with the determination of the localization of the ureter.
EFFECT: device and method allow for a long time of formation of vascular anastomoses to maintain an optimally low graft temperature, improve immediate and indirect long-term results of kidney transplantation in patients with end-stage chronic renal failure.
