METHOD FOR ASSESSING STATE OF PERFUSION BLOOD FLOW OF UTERINE RUDIMENTS USING COLOR DOPPLER MAPPING Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B8/06

Abstract RU 2746663 C1

FIELD: medicine; gynecology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology, it can be used to determine the tactics of surgical treatment of patients with congenital aplasia of the uterus and vagina using color Doppler mapping. 3D ultrasound research is performed on a GE Voluson E10 device (USA) using HD-Flow technology with the help of a 9.0 MHz transvaginal or transrectal sensor. Three-dimensional images of vessels in the GlassBody 3D reconstruction mode are obtained. The degree of vascularization of uterine rudiments is determined. When determining the hypervascularization of uterine rudiments and identifying more than 10 loci, the uterine rudiments are removed.

EFFECT: method provides optimization of the tactics of surgical treatment due to the claimed ultrasound criterion.
