FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for heating of a blast furnace bottom, used for heating of the content in the blast furnace bottom and subsequent start of injection, and to burner tuyere used in this method. When heating the blast furnace bottom, a stage of opening of a hole of a larger diameter than a diameter of burner tuyere in a furnace outlet is performed for penetration into the furnace. A stage of curing molten material coming out of the open hole is performed by cooling of the specified molten metal. A stage of opening of a hole for insertion of burner tuyere, having a diameter exceeding the diameter of burner tuyere, in cured molten material is performed for prevention of penetration into the furnace. A stage of installation of burner tuyere in the opened hole is performed for insertion of burner tuyere. A stage of filling of a gap between the installed burner tuyere and an outer side of the furnace outlet with refractory material is performed. A stage of remelting of cured molten material at a section of a tip of burner tuyere is performed by means of heat transfer from an inner part of the furnace, or cured molten material is destructed by means of movement of burner tuyere forward after softening of cured molten material by means of heat transfer from the inner part of the furnace. A stage of injection of gas for heating into the furnace from burner tuyere is performed for heating of the blast furnace bottom.
EFFECT: elimination of damage to burner tuyere, possibility of reduction of furnace heat and operational speed of the furnace at an early stage.
