SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to methods for producing sclerosing medicinal foams. The method for producing a sclerosing drug foam with a hierarchical structure is that the liquid sclerosant is mixed with a medical gas such as O₂ or CO₂, or room air, by 10 to 20 back and forth injections from one syringe to another through stopcock or syringe tip. In this case, the liquid sclerosant is cooled to a temperature of 0°C before foaming, as a result of which, when mixed, a foam is formed with a hierarchical size distribution of bubbles, consisting of large and small microbubbles, and the surface of large microbubbles is filled with small ones.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of a sclerosing drug foam with a hierarchical structure in relation to the process of necrosis of the vein walls, and also ensures complete denaturation of the endothelium of the vein walls using a minimum amount of the drug.
