FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, and specifically to maxillofacial surgery. The device is an operating lamp installed above the head of a patient lying on the operating table, with a laser module fixed to the frame, consisting of three laser elements that can rotate in the same plane and create a pattern on the patient's face in the form of 4 lines, with 3 of them are parallel, and one intersects them at an angle of 90 degrees; the distances between the three parallel lines can be changed by rotating the laser elements. Before the operation, glabella, nasion, subnasale points are marked on the skin of the patient's face with a surgical marker. During the operation, after the jaw is mobilized, the device is turned on, one of the laser beams is set along the midline of the face at predetermined points by moving the operating lamp. Three laser beams are installed: along the pupillary line - to control the horizontal direction, along the plane of the upper jaw - to control its inclination in relation to the midline of the face, along the plane of the lower jaw - to control its inclination in relation to the midline of the face.

EFFECT: device allows precise positioning of one or both jaws to the planned position during the operation.
