FIELD: biologically active substances.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to obtain a biosafe transporter of biologically active substances. A method for obtaining a suspension of a biodegradable nanomaterial of inorganic calcium salts includes preparing the first solution by sequentially adding the components of an aqueous solution - a soluble salt of an acid with the possibility of forming an insoluble compound with calcium as a cation, up to a concentration in the range from 0 to 0.1 M, DMEM to volume proportions in the range from 0 to 10 vol.% of the final volume of the first solution, and the preparation of a second solution containing a soluble inorganic calcium salt with a concentration in the range from 0.007 to 0.100 M. The second solution may contain magnesium chloride. Tween-20 is added to the first solution in the range of 1 to 2 vol.% of the final suspension volume and polyethylene glycol at a concentration of 0.1 to 0.2 mg/ml. DMEM may be added to the second solution. The resulting suspension is sonicated for 2 to 5 minutes, separated by centrifugation, followed by transfer to a storage solution. The combination of the first solution and the second solution is carried out by dropwise adding to the first solution under ultrasonic action of the second solution.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the stability of the biodegradable nanomaterial suspension, the duration of its storage up to at least 3 months while maintaining the original particle size, as well as the speed of its production.
