METHOD FOR PRODUCING A FILLER BASED ON HYALURONIC ACID Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61K8/73 A61Q19/00 C08J3/75 C08L5/08

Abstract RU 2756546 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a filler with hyaluronic acid, including the stage of crosslinking of hyaluronic acid, including the following stages: mixing in a reactor for a period of time of 10 to 40 minutes of the following components: water, hyaluronic acid, an alkali metal hydroxide solution, a crosslinking agent selected from the class of polyethylene glycols; dividing the resulting mixture into 4 to 32 parts and transferring said parts to a number of containers wherein the mixture is subjected to ultrasonic treatment; placing the containers in a thermostat for a period of time of 4 to 8 hours; the stage of chemical neutralisation of the gel of crosslinking HA, including the following stages: producing a neutralising solution by mixing the following components: water, hydrochloric acid, a buffer, lidocaine or derivatives thereof; dividing the neutralising solution into parts and transferring said parts to containers including a gel of cross-linked HA; mixing the contents of the containers using a rotary apparatus rotating the containers around the axis of the rotary apparatus in order to promote penetration of the neutralising solution into the gel of hyaluronic acid and produce a filler based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid in the form of a hydrogel.

EFFECT: invention provides improved properties of chemical and physical stability with time and optimal viscosity for subcutaneous injection.
