FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device for the manufacture of implants used in cranioplasty includes an individual mold, a platform, a stopper beam, angular racks, upper and lower angular supports of a matrix, parallel rails, and a pressing screw. The pressing screw is installed in a thread hole of the stopper beam with the possibility of compression of the individual mold to obtain an implant. The individual mold includes upper and lower replaceable matrices made on 3D printer. The stopper beam is located in an upper part of the device. At ends of the stopper beam, rectangular grooves are made for its fixation on parallel rails. Parallel rails are installed in angular racks. Angular racks are fixed at angles of the platform, lower angular supports of the matrix are placed on the platform, and guide rails for upper angular supports of the matrix are installed in lower angular supports.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of the finished model.
