SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for conducting clinical diagnostic studies and can be used for operation with a special cartridge for automatic extraction of nucleic acids from a biomaterial sample and subsequent amplification thereof inside the volume of a disposable cartridge. System for extraction of nucleic acids and their subsequent amplification consists of at least one analyser, control console or computer on which software is installed. Projections and recesses are made on the analyser housing, which enable to connect several analysers together from the top and/or side part. On the front side of the analyser there is a cover of the loading module, as well as a light indication panel and/or an optional liquid crystal display.

EFFECT: system provides extraction of nucleic acids and their subsequent amplification.
