FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cartridge for use in an aerosol generating system. Cartridge (2) contains a nicotine source containing a liquid nicotine composition, while the liquid nicotine composition contains glycerin in amount of at least 10 percent by weight and nicotine, while the weight ratio of nicotine to glycerin in the liquid nicotine composition is from 3:2 to 9:1.
EFFECT: invention allows for improvement of perceptible tartness of aerosol generated with an aerosol generating system containing a cartridge without negative impact on aerosol delivery to a user, when inhaling, as well as allows for delivery of greater amount of nicotine in one puff from set amount of nicotine in a liquid nicotine composition.
