SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technologies for repair production, and in particular to a method for repairing the necks of steel crankshafts of internal combustion engines, for which, after shot blasting, on the shaft installed on the machine 2, its necks 1 are processed with a disk of copper-containing material, then flame spraying is carried out with a powder mixture , to which brass powder of grades L68-L70 is added, in an amount that ensures the creation of a servovite film. Next, the shaft is placed in a thermal furnace and kept at a temperature of 900-950°C for soldering the coating and its sintering, and the restoration of the surface of the necks on a grinding machine is completed.

EFFECT: improving the quality of the applied coating and increasing the service life of the rolls.
