FIELD: wastewater treatment.
SUBSTANCE: methods for treating wastewater from emulsified oils stabilized with anionic emulsifiers, used in the electrical industry, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, heavy engineering and instrumentation engineering. The method of wastewater treatment from emulsified oils consists in the fact that ferric chloride (III) and iron (II) sulfate are introduced into the wastewater containing emulsified oils at a ratio of 0.67-3.0 and a mass ratio of iron ions to oil of 0.006-0.02. Then, didecyldimethylammonium chloride is introduced with stirring at a mass ratio of oil to the injected substance of 1:[0.007-0.008], followed by phase separation by electroflotation at a current density of 0.1-0.12 A/m2 and a purification time of 6-8 minutes.
EFFECT: increasing the degree of wastewater treatment.
