SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine the dynamics of the condition of patients with diseases accompanied by acute kidney injury, by determining the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the urine. The partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the urine is measured. With a decrease in the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the urine below 20 mm Hg the positive dynamics of the patient's condition is determined. With an increase in the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the urine above 22 mm Hg the negative dynamics of the patient's condition is determined.
EFFECT: method provides the possibility of predicting the condition of patients with diseases accompanied by acute kidney injury, by determining the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in the urine.
