FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mechanochemical synthesis of hydrogenation catalysts. A method for the mechanochemical synthesis of a nickel hydrogenation catalyst is described, which consists in applying 23.402-26.344 g of nickel (II) nitric acid 6-water directly on 15.956-18.898 g of the carrier - silica gel directly in the original dry form, using a planetary mill with an energy consumption of 0.96-1, 93 kJ/g.cat., which corresponds to 40 Hz on the frequency converter and the operating time of 60 and 120 s, while in addition to the mixture of nickel (II) nitrate 6 aqueous and carrier add 23.402-42.3 g of ammonium nitrate, keeping at 170°C for 200 minutes, calcining at 470°C for at least two hours until the change in the mass of the sample stops, recovery at 470°C, with heating rate 4°C/min, in a hydrogen flow at a rate of 30 cm3/min, after the recovery procedure, the supply of hydrogen is stopped and the catalyst is annealed in a residual hydrogen environment at a pressure reduced to 5-1000 Pa for 1-10 minutes, then the supply of hydrogen is resumed and the catalyst is re-reduced for at least 10 minutes at the same temperature until the release of water stops, then at the same temperature, the gas flow is replaced from hydrogen to gas with the composition: 99.99% - argon and 0.01% - oxygen, holding for 10 minutes at this temperature, cooling the finished catalyst to room temperature.
EFFECT: increased activity of the catalyst, increased stability of the catalyst by reducing the half-life.
