SUBSTANCE: storage devices of a static type. The technical result is achieved due to the writing scheme containing one input cache writing scheme, the first output cache writing scheme and the second output cache writing scheme, said writing scheme is configured to: receive stored data from the write bus through the input cache writing scheme, write the saved data to a first bank group connected to the first output cache writing scheme via the first read-write bus, and writing stored data to a second bank group connected to the second output cache writing scheme via the second read-write bus; and a reading scheme comprising one output cache reading scheme, a first input cache reading scheme and a second input cache reading scheme, said reading scheme is configured to: read stored data from a first group of banks connected to the first input cache reading scheme via the first bus read-write, reading stored data from the second group of banks.
EFFECT: increasing the compactness of the data processing scheme.
